The directory allows Pad4Pad users to locate and research real estate professionals in their area.
This is a free opportunity for local professionals to market their services to Pad4Pad's visitors - 90 percent of whom own a home, and two-thirds who are buying or selling now or in the near future. It is important to update your profile with your most current information.  Pad4Pad profiles have been expanded to include fields which allow real estate professionals to input more information about the themselves. Additionally, Your profile can be easily viewed with friendly urls customized by you!

We know offer 2 kind of listings.

  Free listings do not allow you to search for swaps. Free Listings will show up in other users swap searches if the exchange information is filled out.

• 1 time flat fee of $20 per listing. Listing stays on Pad4Pad until you delete it.
  
  
  A swap listing has all the features of a free listing plus you can search for house swaps, propose swaps, and accept/reject swap offers from other pad4pad users.
