Hidden Treasure in Pad4Pad

Well maybe its not hidden, but not everybody knows about it and everybody should. I am referring to the House Values Page.  This page allows you to get estimates on any property regardless if it is listed on Pad4Pad or if it is for sale.  Simply input the street address and the City and State you will get Estimates from 3 different vendors.  A really nice feature of this page is not only will you get estimates you will get estimates for properties nearby your property and those properties are put on a map so you can see how the relate to your property.  Get your House Value now.

Well it might not actually be a treasure. Sometimes the wrong information is on there and it misleads buyers. Sometimes the information is incorrect and it drives off buyers without any explanation whatsoever and they don't have any idea that it might be wrong. They walk away from a good buy on a house that they are actually very interested in and you lose a sale. Sometimes it causes people to not be able to get a loan-even though it is wrong. And....there is nothing that you can do about it.
